I finally did it!!! I threw all fears and anxiety out the window and did my first video on Youtube. It’s about a few of our DIY kitchen cabinet hacks. The funny thing is that I actually had this channel for a few months, but never posted anything on it. I kept putting it off, and finding other things to do first because I was so apprehensive about putting my face in a video where I talk and where people can judge me. I’m turning 33 in a few weeks, and I think that I lost most of my vulnerability, and fear, and shame for that matter, when I had two babies in a room full of several strangers I didn’t know.
My first video is about a few kitchen cabinet hacks that my husband implemented in our home! They have been wonderful, and made grabbing for pots, pans, and bake ware much easier! The super cool thing is that he used resources we already had in our home to make these hacks, but if you don’t, they are fairly inexpensive.
I am open to any and all suggestions, comments, constructive criticisms, and questions. A few I already have for myself: include music, be in the frame more, or demonstrate what I’m showing (because otherwise it gets kinda boring), and don’t be afraid to make the video a bit longer.
If you are taking the time to read this, thank you so much for stopping by! If you like the video, please subscribe to channel! I appreciate your support!
