I was first introduced to this dip many years ago. I’ll never forget that day when I had this dip at the firehouse. We were visiting my husband for a holiday, and Dee, another firewife, brought a HUGE serving of it to share! Everyone loved it, and I knew I had to have that easy dip recipe.
Every year for a friend’s Christmas party, I make it, and many people comment on how they remember the dip from the previous year! It’s easy to make, quick, and incredibly delicious. One thing it’s not……is low calorie. Ain’t nobody counting calories with this dip!

2 small cans of chopped green chilis (8 oz total)
8 oz chopped jalapeños, chopped

Dip with chips or sourdough bread.
It’s really hard to mess up this easy dip recipe. The ingredients are rich, delicious, and I like how you can add as many jalapeños as you want! Be sure to eat it hot, as it’s not quite the same once it’s been sitting out for awhile.
